Hidden Gem Real Estate Inspections can be with you from start to finish providing Construction Phase 1 Foundation Inspection for compliance to Structural Documents. The owner can provide the Structural drawings and we can meet with the builder before the concrete is placed to inspect the depth of beams and reinforcement compliance.
A Hidden Gem representative can meet with the Builder during framing to conduct a pre-rock inspection to ensure the framing and hardware has been constructed according to the structural documents and compliance to normal building practice.
The last phase of construction is a New Home inspection to inspect for compliance to the Texas Real Estate Commissions State standards for new home systems to include Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing Systems and optional systems.
Whether we have been there from the start, hired to inspect after completion, or buying an existing home. Hidden Gem will provide a certified home inspection by our licensed inspector of all systems that include: Structural, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Systems. Hidden Gem is also Certified to do many optional systems that are not included in a typical Home Inspection.
With our INTERnachi Certification Hidden Gem can conduct a certified inspection of the Pool and/or Spa from normal operation and ensure that the pool and spa operate properly, there are no leaks in the system and safety equipment is installed.

Shear wall drywall installation screw pattern can be observed for the correct spacing and depth in accordance with the structural documents.
Our professional home inspector has been licensed through the Texas Department of Agricuture to work with Pest Inspection Network to perform a certified Inspection to determine if there are any Wood Destroying Insects in or around the home. Our certified home inspection can determine if you have subterranean or Formosan Termites. We can determine if they are present and give you a recommendation who to call to get them exterminated or give you the peace of mind knowing there are none present.
